Has anyone ever had this happen to them on PC?

This keeps popping up randomly when I am in the midst of hitting stuff

It minimizes BF3 and whenever I got back to the game, it goes back to windows mode and has this translator looking preventing me from doing any key strokes. Very frustrating.

Any idea what it is and how to disable it?
