What is your favorite conversation in a movie?

I dig the scene in Goodfellas where Tommy is telling a joke and then Henry says hes funny and Tommy gets serious all of a sudden. It went from silly to tense in 60 seconds. I could pick a handful of scenes from any Scorsese film but that stands out. I love a script with great dialogue. What are some your favorite talking scenes?
