2 questions for the carioca /r/trees fans

Oi, tudo bem? ;) I'm from the Pacific Northwest, have a medical marijuana card, and am used to smoking (usually with a vaporizer) some of the world's finest buds for my medical condition. On my last few visits to Rio, smoking the local brick-hard, seed-filled, favela-style schwag weed nearly killed me! I have another visit coming up, so this time before I go I have 2 questions for any r/trees fans here in Rio:

1.) does there exist any type of "head shop" in Rio where I might be able to locally pick up a vaporizer (Volcano?) or at the very least a bong or some other type of smoking kit?

2.) does decent flowery bud EXIST in Rio? Obviously if you could pass along some kind of hookup that would be great, but please just let me know if this even exists or point me in the right direction, because I have literally bought in Rio dozens of times and I have only ever found favela brick weed full of seeds. Should I even bother trying to find better?
