Poor Archimedes

My betta is very sick he doesn't really move around, his stomach is very swollen, and his scales re starting to stick out. You can see his stomach in the first picture and you might be able to see his scales in the second and third picture. Does he have dropsy? http://imgur.com/a/I8DcW

Edit: Unfortunately Archimedes died while we were at work yesterday. Thanks for all the advice everyone.
