Women: how can I be nice to you without you thinking I'm flirting with you?

What should or should you not do to preserve a friendship like this? I might be a little bit pessimistic about this list, but it seems (according from this list), that a girl can't do much with a male friend, and vice versa, without touching a flirtatious nerve.
