I couldn't weight to answer HW6.4!

0/3 because I didn't weight the answers. I incorrectly thought, given the text of P(sampling a), that we were only performing/considering a single step of the particle filtering algorithm, and so the weights weren't applied since the P.F. algorithm video performs the normalization after the initial loop.

I still wouldn't have gotten 100%, but I certainly would have done better had the question been clearer (duh, I know).
