Another 16 year old that can't tell if a girl likes me or not.

So this girl I've had classes with the past two years and always sat next to each other, she just a month ago broke up with her Ex and we have always had a sort of flirtatious relation ship but we have become very flirty not directly though.We always talk and tease and alot ill have my elbow out because I'm writing and she'll touch it and keep it there or put her elbow on my elbow. Now the signals are really obvious right? but when we text shes always quick to say bye like at 9 pm saying she's going to bed then seeing her online facebook later. I've asked her to hang out a shit ton and she's not a shy girl with other people either but she just kinda blows past it like mayyybbbe and those kind of fake responses to being invited over. She even texted me drunk one night and told me how cute i was and that we should hang out and that the only reason we didn't before was because she had a boyfriend but then the next day she just completely made it like "oh, i can't believe i said that" i mean i know judgement is impaired when someone is drunk but how obscured is it really from sober thoughts kept hidden. So yeah advice do any girls get nervous when they've had a crush on someone for a while and then they finally ask to hangout or something?
