EDIT: This was in a game in Solo Queue where his team threw the game after easily getting baron. They started blaming each other and he just said that ^. It wasn't in a tournament, just in solo queue but it still is true, you don't want to get over serious and start raging off your brain.

EDIT 2: When I think about, not sure if he was saying to himself to stop him from raging or not. It would kind of make sense.
