Are any of you still getting crazy stuttering during the opening cinematic on PC?

I read on a few places that it has something to do with a duo-core compatibility issue, but I thought it was getting fixed in the latest patch, which it didn't (at least not for me). If I wait through the stuttering cinematic until you can control the player, the gameplay is butter smooth, so it's just the cinematic. Anyone know a solution (aside from altering BIOS), or even if DICE is still working on this? Thanks.
