Command execution & tab targetting in the new build.

There is only one thing that brought back my enjoyment of SWTOR over the two weekends I got to play it: the slight delay between input and execution of commands. It was just enough to be noticeable and bothersome. WoW did this exceptionally well, so I'm spoiled.

Patch notes for this new build indicate that they've smoothed this out. I'm wondering: how much?

This and tab-targetting were the only problems I had in PVP, and I'm really hoping they've been able to improve upon both (as indicated in the new patch notes).

Please, help me testers. You're my only hope. Sacrifice as many Bothans as necessary, they reproduce like crazy*.
