Do all men think like dogs?

Okay so my girlfriend and I have two different opinions on this. She says that yea some guys are dogs and think about sex all the time, but most guys don't. I believe that being a guy, and knowing men, I would say that all men are dogs and some are just better at hiding it than others. Btw this question came up because she thinks I'm too horny and think about sex way too much and that I could change my mind. I'm a 19 years old.
