"This show takes place in a hellish, dystopian future in which the government is controlled by one giant conglomerate, Cinco. To increase their profits, Cinco has done away with all health and safety regulations. The public has no way to organize or spread information, since the Innernette isn't a real internet, and phones can only receive calls, not make them. The only tool they have to fight Cinco's propaganda is by secretly trading homemade VHS tapes. This video is a clip from one of them."
