URL Redirects for Ads

So a question. I was about to create an ad, but noticed that it says no redirects for the URL's. I use a tracking platform to keep track of subid's so I know which ad platforms are performing how.

Is the no URL redirects a strict URL?

The offers I'm looking to advertise are my own offers and it is my own (well, I pay for it, but still) tracking platform.
