I can't be the only one getting fucked in the ass by the Bounty glitch in Markarth. How do I fix it? (xbox360)

I have read that by moving through the Stormcloak quests you eventually get to a point where it gets fixxed (Being vague on purpose for spoiler reasons). Just wondering if this is true? or if there is something simpler I can do.
