Looking for freelance/partner web developer (PHP, HTML) UK based

I've started a little web development company, which is growing (based in Hatfield, UK). Now I'm looking for a web developer that I can work with long-term. You must have good working knowledge of PHP and HTML and some design skills will be great. I don't need a coding gurus or ninjas! Just a person who knows what they are doing, and willing to get the job done within the given deadline, and someone who gives great attention to details.

Pay is split 50/50 per project (minus any marketing costs i.e. commissions paid to sales people). Jobs will be varied between £500 to £3000.

I also have few things (web apps) coming down the pipe that are pretty exciting! Specifically to do with allowing companies to manage their social media marketing campaigns. It's not a HootSuite or NorthSocial clone, but something very new and different. For this I'm looking for a technical co-founder. You need to be brilliant at developing websites using Wordpress platform. Again, I need someone who is in UK preferably near London, Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire.

My background is in marketing and business management, but I specialise in online marketing.

If this is something that interests you please PM me and we can talk some more. Thanks for reading.
