[share] 26M Mission - let's try this again

I put up my other post a little prematurely, but I’ve decided to stay at my current place, talked it over with my landlord, and now I’m ready to look for 2 roommates. I sincerely apologize for being so flakey, but I got a lot of responses and I didn't want to get anyone's hopes up.

The apartment:

• Available January 18

• 3BR, 1 BA, washer/dryer

• garden with fruit trees

• lots of open street parking

• Rent is $934.00 + utilities + deposit ($1400)

• 18th and Potrero on the east end of the mission, close to Caltrain and 101/280, Muni routes 9, 22, 33, Bart at 16th and mission

Me: 26, male, former Chicagoan, Korean-American, medical device engineer, bike, football, climb, yoga, camp, hike, game, guitar, read, concerts, vermicompost, board games, etc. I'm not much of a foodie, but I like tagging along to try new places. I also ride a fixed gear bike, listen to vinyls, and drink PBR, but I'm not a hipster. It's ok if you are.

You: I’m looking for people preferably in their late 20s with a decent job (this is important for the application). It would be nice if we had more in common so we can hang out, but this is just a step up from craigslist, so I don’t expect much. I know this is reddit, but hopefully you don’t reference memes in real life, lest you do it ironically. The most important thing to me is being a nice person. Just be a good person and considerate roommate. Eat my food if you are hungry, use my stuff, drink my booze, whatever ... just don’t be an ass. Don't be racist or homophobic. Be nice to the homeless and the environment. I also said in my last post, it'd be nice if someone can decorate.

I only have a couple things planned for the weekend (12/2-12/4) if you guys want to come by and check out the place. I know how crazy the apartment hunting process is in SF, so I apologize if I'm flakey. Please please please PM me your e-mail.. replying through reddit is a pain in the ass.
