[TOMT] Game for Windows with dark background and you there were circles connected to each other

I remember playing it at my cousins' house in the 90's (1998, maybe?) and once I was in a shop that sold furniture, which had a computer with a fake screen that displayed the same game I am thinking of.

All I remember is it having circles that were connected to each other, and sometimes you died because you were caught by an enemy. I'm sure the background was really dark or even black and the circles were like blue or silver.
