[BIFL Request] Women's Shoes

I'm looking for a nice, simple, BIFL woman's shoe. I'm a teacher, so I need something durable, comfortable, and professional looking. I love this shoe by Allen Edmonds, but unfortunately I wear a women's 6 (men's 4) and they don't make shoes that small.

Something comparable would be great. I'm sick of wearing through poor quality shoes.
