I hate to ask [xmas favor] {Austin, TX}

If I posted in the wrong subreddit let me know...

so here I am stuck in a quandry, ive been dating my gf for the last year (dec 28th) and im excited for this, for once Ive actually tried to have a real relationship with someone who I care for more than I have ever have.

this last two years has been challenging with getting out of the military and transferring into the civilian sector, I moved to austin with a hope for a better life and so far i have been fortunate enough to be where I am today with a job and a pretty great relationship.

recently the last few months have been going downhill with my relationship; my girlfriend has been in and out of the hospital for worsening health issues which has caused her to loose her good paying job, this has been causing strain on her as well as our relationship financially. Ive been lucky enough to have a job that will pay the bills but just that. Im sure we will get by as I always have faith and hope that things will be ok.

but what makes me horribly sad is being its xmas/1st year anniversary, is the fact I can no longer get her a present, so im asking for your help, if anyone has anything along the lines of the following items they would love to go to a good cause i would be forever indebited to.

she loves to give to charity in the form of gifts ex. she would give her brothers a xmas gift of donating to a charity in there name
