Anyone have university textbooks they don't need? (I know I'm asking a lot)

Alright so I'm currently in first year physics, and the 211 book is like 120 dollars, which is way beyond me (my family is in financial hell, and my money just went all entirely towards my first year of tuition), and I'm also minoring in biology. If you guys happen to have any books you don't happen to need, I don't care what the condition is like, as long as it's relevant, I'd love to take them off of your hands.

Once again, I know it's asking a lot.
