Some keyboards have special keys for volume up/down and mute. Is there a way to bind these functions to keys on a regular keyboard? (xpost from AskReddit)

Windows 7 user here. Is there a way to bind volume up/down and mute to keys on a "regular" keyboard without downloading any programs?
