Best Trek actor?

Who do you think is the actingest actor in all of Trek? There's some incredible talent across the serieses. I couldn't pick one, so here's my top 4.

• Patrick Stewart, obviously! Even in the less good episodes, Picard never loses his authority.
• Jeffrey Combs, for sheer breadth and.. I dunno, the cadence he brings to each character.
• Brent Spiner, because Data.
• Robert Picardo. To me, he really stood head and shoulders above the rest on VOY. Liked him as Dr. Zimmerman too.
