Just A Giveaway

So I decided to do a giveaway of 1 item although with the removal of dicing i'm not sure of a decent and fair way to give it away. I plan to do it tomorrow, Friday the 2nd of december, so long as runescape still exists and isn't still having ridiculous log in issues for most people. I havn't decided on a time and any suggestions of methods to give it away would help. The item: http://i.imgur.com/PdiPT.jpg

The giveaway will be in 2 (3pm gmt) hours on w71 in my house which is in rimmington. Everyone will choose a number in public chat and i'll use a random number generator, closest to the random number gets the green h'ween mask which is currently at around 125m street price. Anyone who tries to double their chances by saying more than 1 number will lose any chance of getting it and will be thrown to the dungeon trolls.

Edit: Arita won the mask, Congratz :p
