How common are sex toys?

I'm a 25 year old woman and I have never owned/used a vibrator, dildo, butt plug, cock ring or anything one would purchase from a specialty store or website. I'm not purely vanilla, either- I have fun, spontaneous, rough, fabulous sex and consider myself open to experimentation.

Buying something like that has never crossed my mind... I don't look down on it or anything like that... I've just been so utterly satisfied with my sex life to date that I've never considered an inorganic addition.

I also never considered that I might be strange for this until a Thanksgiving round of Cards Against Humanity with my friends and a recent comment indicated I'm likely in the minority.

I understand feedback from sexxit is likely to be skewed as you're a more open crowd, but I'd like to know- am I weird? Am I hugely missing out?

I've assumed I'd be down if I ever felt the need, but I just haven't yet.
