MtF hormones and epilepsy.

Background: I'm MtF, "stealth," been on HRT for almost 14 months now.

I had a seizure, (first one in my life,) on October 13th with no given reason. I was extremely lucky in that it happened just after I parked my car; it was still running and everything. My roommate used to have seizures when he was younger and knew how to handle it really well. The doctors in the ER couldn't pin any sort of cause on it. I saw a neurologist, began taking a preventative medication, and hoped it wouldn't happen again.

I was hoping to pass it off as just a fluke. Unfortunately, I had another one just two days ago. A friend of mine has been insisting she thinks it's my hormones that caused it, and at first I thought that seemed silly, but then I saw that a typical trigger for epilepsy was menstrual cycles in women. I know this isn't quite the same thing, but is there any possible chance that the hormone levels caused by HRT could be influencing seizures at all?

For reference, I'm taking: Spironolactone - 100mg/day Estradiol - 4mg/day Medroxyprogesterone - 5mg/day Baby Aspirin - 81mg/day (blood thinner)

If anyone has some medical know-how, I also take these daily: Allegra 12 hour Fluoxetine/Prozac - 20mg/day Lamotrigine/Lamictal - 50mg/day (this is seizure medication so I doubt its the cause)

If anyone has any sort of advice or knowledge on this, I'd really appreciate some help. These seizures suck.
