Pc won't turn back on.

My pc was working fine until it froze and I shut it down. I press power button and it doesn't turn on, nothing changes.

I removed all drives and ram and nothing spins up.

I have a single led that is flashing on the board, so it's getting power.

Edit: thanks everyone. I went to best buy to buy another psu to test, and it was the psu. I have warranty on old one, so whew!
