How can I get the nutrients out of soil?

I don't want to have to buy chemicals but want to have a supportable system.

I've considered centrifuges, water seeping etc. Not really sure, don't know much about this.

What I want to do is use the soils nutrients in a water mixture for gravity fed hydroponic system. Essentially something Cheap and manual but still hydroponic
