A Simple 3-state Enchanting Table (V2)

I think this is the best way to post an update to my design: I'm new to Reddit, so apologies if it's not! (Feel free to tell me the right way!)

This version improves on the first by being 2 blocks thinner and a block shorter, and by using less redstone and repeaters.
