Tritton AX720 Headset. Can't get optical sound to work on PC

Just as it sounds. I've been messing with this for about an hour now and still nothing and I can't find my manual anywhere. Downloaded a PDF of it and it says NOTHING about PC troubleshooting.

Any ideas? Drivers with my sound card are up to date.

EDIT: Solved. It's just coming out of the wrong input. I feel pretty stupid right now >_>
