Motherfucking Thrips

So I'm wondering if anyone has experience with getting rid of these biting little assholes. Several of my houseplants have them. I'm reading about how to get rid of them, but there seems to be a bunch of different ways. Have you guys had any success with certain products over others? I've been drowning my plants in soapy water for the past couple of days, but I'm planning on getting some pesticide tomorrow. The thripes are all mostly babies at this point. I've only found one adult. But they fucking BITE! Seriously what the fuck. They've passed mosquitoes on my list of insects I hate, which is saying a lot.

So yeah, I'm ready to get rid of these little jerks. Any advice?
