Does anyone know of a hotel with nice hotel suites?

Preferably one in the city. I'm looking for something that my friends and I can come back to after hitting the bars on New Year's eve. And a suite with a jacuzzi would be nice. Any ideas or information is welcomed. And while we are on the subject what are some hot spots to hit downtown on NYE?
