Links jumping around on WordPress theme with Firefox

I'm new to WordPress and just created my first theme. Everything has been going pretty well, but a user noticed that anything that has a link is jumping all over the place when you hover over it. This only seems to happen when you're using Firefox.

Thoughts? Thanks a ton in advance.
