What is an excellent point made by someone you overheard talking to someone else.

A moment ago I was walking down a hallway in our Schools music building when I overheard a horn player talking to somebody in a practice room and I quote, "my point is, you could walk into and abandoned building, but you could walk into an abandoned building where there is a rave going on!" whatever he was making a point on, I feel that it was a very good one. what about you Reddit?
