DAE wish there was a way to re-spec your perk points?

I understand that creating a new character and playing to a different set of perks changes the game play soooo much and that's really the point of it but after playing through for 100+ hours though I've learned that some points I took early on are useless to me and it kinda seems pointless to start all the way over just to get 3 or so points changed. It kinda gets on my nerves.
