Which version of Bladerunner to watch on the plane tomorrow?

I can never remember which version of the movie people consider the best. I'm about to finish Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep and I would like to rematch the movie tomorrow while flying home (essentially for the first time since its been so long since I've seen it). iTunes has the Final Cut and the Director's Cut available so I can only choose from those two. Which should I go with? I subscribe to the mindset that just because a version is the director's "original vision" doesn't mean it's the best (see: Lucas, George).
