Suggestions for trekking in Nepal?

Hi, I'm planning to go to Nepal next summer. I would like to do some unsupported hiking in tea-houses and I'm also interested in doing something more intense with a guide. Do you know some good hikes and/or compagnies? I'm not sure if I'm going to bring my tent yet (I'm gonna spend the whole summer backpacking asia) ... Any suggestion or advice is welcome :)
