Let's talk squirting.

Let me start off by saying I am in no way an expert on this.

Anyways, here lately there seem to be a ton of guys posting about how they make their girlfriends squirt all the time. Now I know this is not impossible, but I also know that actually squirting is not super common (not to say its a rarity either really). I feel like girls and guys might be getting confused between squirting and just getting insanely fucking wet. What are your opinions on this? What do you define as squirting?
