What are the most common interview questions and the best answers?

Just looking for ideas here. Got an interview on Tuesday and would like a good brainstorm. My dreaded one is: "What is your biggest weakness?" The problem is that I am incredibly adaptive and can truly bandits just about any situation. If I said that I don't have one, the person would probably figure me a pretentious ass. Help?
