Bukkit Plugin Developers! I Need a Text-Based Plugin [Request]

Hello, plugin developers, I need your help.
I am in need of a chat/text based plugin. My idea for this plugin is to allow players to pick a certain race (elves, dwarfs, etc.).
I would like my players to be able to pick a race using a command like /race set [whatever race] and also be able to choose a sub race like /subrace set [whatever sub race]
i.e.:
/race set elf
/subrace set dark
The final result would be a Dark Elf
I would like the races and subraces to be chosen by me in some sort of config file and/or in-game config. Also, it would be awesome if you guys made it usable with permissions. Thanks! :D
