Need a birthday gift for mom. Any ideas?

I'm away at college and need to get my mom a birthday gift and have run out of ideas. Past years I have made photo albums of our family for her, done edible arrangements, and even jewelry once (swing and a miss). Was wondering if r/AskReddit had any good ideas possibly?
