Is relativity wrong?

The more I think about it the more logical gaps I see in relativity theory. Here is one that is bothering me:

redshift in light proves that light has a "doppler effect", and as we all know, doppler effect is because the speed of sound changes relative to the observer; however, relativity states that light is the same speed for all observers. Please explain to me how I am wrong. Thanks.
