I've been using the Cosmic Panda layout for a while now, how do I get peoples channels back to the new style?

Now that youtube has started rolling out the changes, peoples channels seem to have gone back to the old, ugly style. I've been able to get my own channel to change to the cosmic panda style, but everyone elses is back to how it looked pre-cosmic panda. I've tried googling, but the only things I can find are from people who have been on the new style, and want to go back to the old one.
