Do You See Twitch Streaming Ads?

I watch player streams on Twitch but never seen any commercial. I have BetterJtv on Firefox only, but have ABP on Firefox and chrome but nothing on IE. I turned them all off and tried three different browsers but still don't see any commercial. I'm in northern California. I've heard that not all regions get commercials. Is it because of my antivirus?
