Why don't music services like Spotify have a "safe music" option?

Say I'm with my parents and they don't like hearing curse words in music. Why don't music streaming services offer an option where it only plays the clean music in your collection, or, if there are any tracks marked explicit it streams the clean version of it?

Are there any negatives to an option like this?
