Suggestions from a woman - I've just got to ask out the girl who cuts my hair.

So, I've gotten my haircut a few times by this very gorgeous girl. She's never given any sign that she's into me or anything (or opposite vibes), and I know that she's just being nice because it's her job. She does seem like a cool girl though. Basically, I don't want this to end up being a woulda coulda shouda moment. In my mind, what have I got to lose? It's definitely not the situation to try to be super charming or anything, I just want to ask cooly just to get the answer.

Any suggestions, do's/don'ts? Should I just avoid the whole thing and get over it?
