Help a newbie with Visual Basic!

Hey guys,

Basically the one time I feel challenged in my Programming Logic & Design class is when they suddenly dip me in a vat of VB. My problem is that I have to design a program that turns normal sentences into camel case. As you can imagine the class is all about the fundamentals, so if I could just dumb you down for a moment;

I need to know how to take a sentence like:

"Steven went to the bathroom"

And turn it into

"stevenWentToTheBathroom"

How do I do this with the substring function? Do I use the IndexOf function? I don't want a completed answer but if someone could shine some light on this I would be ecstatic.
