Anime where main char becomes a leader or boss?

I've been trying to find a new show to watch and I was hoping you guys/girls could help me. I'm looking for a show like Katekyo hitman reborn or Gurren Laggan where the main character is forced or becomes a boss/leader. Thanks for any suggestions
