How do you cure a late season swoon?

In FM11, every year my team performs great, brilliant form and morale all season long, then gets a loss and just implodes. We finally made it Champions League the previous season, we spent most of the year in the top 3 in the Premier League, won the League Cup, won in the FA Cup quarters, made it to the fucking Champion League quarters. 10 Prem games left, and our Cup semis match is against a Championship team. All looks well.

Then we lose 3-0 away to Blackburn, win 2-0 at Ipswich. Go out to Real Madrid, lose 3-0 at the Bernabeu, and all of a sudden the entire team's morale falls off a cliff. We've gone 1-6 since then, just sucking against everyone. I don't know how I'm supposed to turn this shit around.
