Similarities between the Clutch Doubletap Hempstar and the Rayne Demonseed?

I ride a Demonseed right now, and just from the look of it, the Soda Factory Clutch Doubletap Hempstar looks very similar. I'd love to try out more boards, but I love the demonseed. Is the Doubletap worth trying out? Keep in mind I don't want to give up the demonseed so if they're surprisingly different I'll most likely just get another demonseed when the time comes.
