Need help don't know where to go

Got in a bit of a fix, my job put me in a position where it was a choice between my job or my kids, due to this I qualify for unemployment, this is assuming they hurry the hell up on the investigation. Got verification from both the DA, and the school, both appointments were scheduled for my alleged day off, but they forced me to come in overtime, then made me late. Came down to the wire to picking up my kids or keeping my job so I told um to piss off.

I don't want to beg, anyone who knows me knows I am solid and good for it, problem is most my friends are kind of strapped the one who isn't is going to help out but I can't ask him for too much hes got his own problems. I've already went to state aid and recieved what I could. Given the situation I have written a reddit post about previously I can not move back to my moms.

I have a new job, and a bunch of side work to do but its going to be dicey this month, I am willing to pay anyone back :) any amount or advice would be greatly appreciated
